Invitation to sponsor

MODSIM congresses are largely funded through registration fees. However, we seek to partner with a small number of key organisations to mutual benefit: through the endorsement of the congress and its aims by the partner; and the partnership is widely publicised (our mailing list has over 2000 subscribers), with opportunities for promotional exhibits and speaking opportunities.

NSW OEH has sponsored MODSIM at the previous three Conferences and will do so again in 2019. We find that it is good value for money in terms of raising the profile of our organisation. The four free registrations allow our employees to attend a conference that they all find very useful in terms of networking and keeping up to date with the latest scientific research. The Society invites you to be a sponsor of the 23rd MODSIM Conference on Modelling and Simulation.

The Bureau of Meteorology – Water program sponsored MODSIM 2017 in Hobart, Tasmania and once again the Water Program at BoM is happy to sponsor MODSIM 2019 in Canberra including the student Award to promote STEM into agencies like the Bureau. The conference last year was well organised and well received. MODSIM conference is highly regarded and well attended, and attracts strong talented students. It provides a platform that enables professionals to promote, develop and assist in the study of all areas of modelling and simulation. We definitely look forward to exhibiting again at the 2019 event. Amgad Elmahdi
