Please note: you can submit either:

• an extended abstract (max 1 page) or
• a full paper (max 7 pages, including an extended abstract on the first page).

Full papers

• Due by 20 March 2023 (to allow time for peer review)
• Authors will be notified of acceptance/rejection and any revisions required by 21 April 2023.
• Revised full papers will be due on 17 May 2023.

Extended abstracts only (i.e. you have decided not to submit a full paper)

• Submission date extended to 12 May 2023
• Authors will be notified of acceptance/rejection and any revisions required by 17 May 2023.

All full papers and extended abstracts must be finalised with any revisions requested by 24 May 2023 to allow for preparation for publication and the program.

At MODSIM2023, delegates will have a choice of presentation type – oral or poster. Each delegate can specify their preferred presentation type (oral or poster), but the final decision on presentation type (oral or poster) will be made by the organisers based on the quality of the submission and the need to keep the number of oral presentations to a manageable number. It is anticipated that each delegate will receive one oral presentation with additional presentations likely to be given as posters. The maximum number of oral presentations granted will be two per person. Please note you must attend in person to present your oral or poster.

Last day to register 28 June 2023
