L18. Visualisation and modelling for sustainable urban development

This session will focus on concepts, development and application of visualisation and modelling tools that can assist in improving sustainability performance of urban developments. We encourage the submission of theoretical and applied papers. A broad range of possible topics include, but not limited to the following areas:

1. Urban visualisation and modelling
2. urban sustainability monitoring and assessment
3. sustainability assessment criteria
4. modelling-user interface of the urban environment
5. Spatial data infrastructure and analysis
6. Urban development futures
7. Virtual environments and development platforms
8. Managing and visualising 3D property rights, restriction and responsibilities
9. Integration of 3D Data technologies (BIM, City GML and CAD)
10. Energy and water consumption monitoring and modelling in 3D environment.
