One of the key challenges faced by Defence is to create and shape the future force to be effective against our adversaries having ever-improving capability. There is significant uncertainty about the future operating environment, and having a robust, adaptable, flexible and resilient force is key. This session focusses on those approaches and methods that are being used to explore these issues, and the impact that they are having on Defence.
