Before 10 September 2019: Registration will be refunded, minus 10% for administration.
Before 22 November 2019: 50% of registration will be refunded.
After 22 November 2019: No refund will be made.
If your paper / extended abstract is not accepted by us for presentation at the conference, we will refund your registration in full. Note that we do not guarantee an oral presentation and your paper / extended abstract may be accepted as a poster presentation.
We are proposing to offer a field trip on Wednesday 4 December, cost $70 per person. The trip will only go ahead if enough people are interested. Find out more
