Call for sessions opens on 12 November 2018.
Deadline for session proposals is 11 February 2019.
Send session proposals to modsim2019@mssanz.org.au. Make sure you include the stream title and copy the Stream leader into the email. Proposals should include a session title, 3 to 4 key topic areas (keywords) and a description.
Submission of extended abstracts/full papers and registration will open on 1 March 2019. Early bird registration will close 30 August 2019.
At MODSIM 2019, delegates will have a choice of presentation type – oral or poster.
Each delegate can specify their preferred presentation type (oral or poster), but the final decision on presentation type (oral or poster) will be made by the organisers based on the quality of the submission and the need to keep the number of oral presentations to a manageable number. It is anticipated that each delegate will receive one oral presentation with additional presentations likely to be given as posters.
Full papers and extended abstracts are due 31 July 2019. The author can decide whether to submit a full paper or extended abstract, regardless of presentation type (oral or poster).
Authors will be notified of acceptance/rejection and any revisions required by 30 August 2019.
Reviewed and corrected full papers and extended abstracts must be finalised by 4 October 2019 to allow for publication to be finalised.
