Service Operations Management deals with policy and decision making in service industries such as logistics service, health, education and telecommunication and tourism. The Australian economy is dominated by service sector, comprising 68% of GDP, the share of service sector from GDP in Untied State is around 79%. In this session we invite the talks on how Operations Research is used to in service sectors for policy and decision making.
